Hey everyone, Chuck Mosley here, i'm gonna try and make this as short as possible. i
In 1998 VUA started working on recording the LP "Will Rap Over Hard Rock For Food". I paid about 8000 dollars out of my pocket to get this project done. Money that should have gone to my family.
But we had no representation, we just had a good band and we were ready to hit the road.
The project stalled when the engineer decided he was finished. What we had was an unfinished, unmixed, half of a record. The producer of the project felt responsible, seeing as, he was the one who put us in touch with this, so called engineer, and vowed to make things right by finishing the lp.
Unfortunately it took 10 years for that to happen, and the label that producer started and talked us into signing with closed down less than a year after releasing our LP.And sadly, we did not see eye to eye about how this LP should sound. I don't hate the production of w.r.o.h.r.f.f., lets just say my tastes run a little more to the left of mainstream. Kind of like the way it was sounding half way through, before it was over-thought, i think. We here at Vanduls Incorperated would like to share that with you, our fans, if any, can decide for yourselves.
I want to apologize for being gone for so long and then putting out an album and not touring. We are in the process of trying to fix all of that crap and getting the fuck on the road. i get emails everyday from around the world, so much to the point that i feel guilty. So we our releasing this EP of demos, songs that were at that point of nirvana, just before they became too polished, in our opinion,so that we can share with you what we had in mind to release when we started, and, to raise money to record some of the plethora of new music that we have been waiting to get to....we hope you like it and I welcome any questions, comments, and/or straight up put downs, any animosity being haboured towards me. Not my band, just me. my band is perfect, they have no faults, i'm the messed up one. ask me anything, i'll tell you everything. I love you all, thank you for your time, and i hope you agree!
